Terms of use

1. Who publishes Relay

Relay is a service published by Oumar Sy, an individual established in Senegal. Contact: oumarsyy2@gmail.com.

2. What the service does

Relay lets you connect your social media accounts — currently Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok — and talk to an assistant that reads these accounts and prepares actions: writing posts, analysing performance, creating visuals and scheduling posts.

Any action that changes your accounts, whether posting, commenting, editing or deleting, is shown on an approval card. Nothing is carried out without your explicit consent. Posts you schedule are sent by our servers on the date you approved.

3. Account and eligibility

  • Accounts are created through Clerk, by email or with Google.
  • You must be 18 or older and authorised to manage the social accounts you connect.
  • You are responsible for keeping your access confidential and for actions taken from your account.

4. Your social accounts

Permissions are granted by each platform through Composio, our integration partner. You can remove access at any time from “My networks” or from the platform itself. Relay does not keep your passwords.

Using Relay does not exempt you from each platform’s terms, including Meta’s, LinkedIn’s, and TikTok’s. You alone are responsible for the content posted from your accounts.

5. Assistant and generated content

  • The AI assistant is provided by Relay, with no personal ChatGPT subscription to connect. The messages and data needed for your requests are sent to our AI providers through OpenRouter to produce replies and visuals.
  • Texts and images produced by the assistant may contain errors. You must review them before approving a post.
  • You are responsible for the content you post, including its compliance with third-party rights and platform rules.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Relay to:

  • post unlawful, hateful or misleading content, or content that infringes others’ privacy;
  • send unsolicited messages in bulk or get around platform limits;
  • access accounts you are not authorised to manage;
  • attempt to disrupt the service, its quotas or its security.

The service applies a daily usage limit per account and may suspend access in case of abuse or risk to other users.

7. Plans, payment and renewal

Relay offers a free Starter plan and paid plans. Prices in US dollars, the billing period and limits are shown on the Subscription page before the secure payment through Stripe. Relay never sees or stores your card details.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, and your card is charged on each renewal. You can cancel at any time from “Manage my subscription”: cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and you keep access until then. A change of plan or period takes effect immediately; the difference is prorated and charged, or credited, at once.

The AI is included within the limits of the chosen plan. The availability of actions also depends on social networks and third-party providers.

Credits included in your plan are granted per monthly period and do not roll over; on a yearly plan they are granted in twelve monthly instalments. Top-ups bought separately are valid for twelve months after payment and can be used with an active paid subscription; a top-up does not extend your subscription. The credit cost varies with the model, the length of the conversation and the generations made. Credits are a unit of use of the service, not a payment account.

For any dispute or refund request, contact support; your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of audience, revenue or data, nor for decisions of third-party platforms, including an account suspension or a refused post.

9. Termination

You can stop using Relay at any time, disconnect your networks and ask for your account to be deleted by email. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, after notice where possible.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Senegalese law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
