Privacy policy

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

• Email address, name, account ID — to create and secure your access — kept until the account is deleted.
• Conversations with the assistant, tool steps, approval cards — to show your history and let you resume a conversation — kept until you or the account delete them.
• Images and videos generated or sent — to show and post them after your approval — kept until the account is deleted.
• Scheduled posts — to publish them on the date you approved — kept until the account is deleted.
• Data read from your networks, such as posts and stats — to answer your analysis requests — not stored long-term, apart from conversation history.
• Payment references (Stripe customer and invoice IDs, amount, status) — to manage your subscription — kept as long as required by accounting rules.
• Technical logs — security and troubleshooting — a few days.

We never sell data, use it for targeted advertising or use your content to train models.

3. Your social media credentials

Relay never sees or stores your passwords. The access tokens issued by Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or TikTok are kept by our partner Composio, which makes the calls to these platforms. You can revoke access at any time from “My networks” or from the platform itself.

4. AI assistant

The assistant is built into Relay. Your messages, images and the data read from your networks that your request needs are sent through OpenRouter to the providers of the models used for writing, generating or editing images. Relay keeps your history so you can resume your conversations.

5. Processors and hosting

• Clerk: accounts and sign-in.
• Supabase, European Union (Paris): database and file storage.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Composio: social network connections and running actions.
• OpenRouter and the providers of the configured models (including OpenAI, xAI and Google): replies and images.
• Stripe: payment processing and subscriptions. Relay keeps the reference, amount and status of payments, never card details.
• Google Analytics (Google): website audience measurement.

These providers may process your data outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States, under their own contractual commitments.

6. Your rights

• Access your data and get a copy.
• Correct or delete it.
• Remove access to a social network at any time.
• Ask for your account and its history to be fully deleted.

Write to oumarsyy2@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. Deleting the account deletes the related conversations, images and scheduled posts. If you live in the European Union, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Each user’s data is isolated and reachable only by the server, never from another user’s browser. No system is infallible: we would inform you of any incident affecting your data.

8. Cookies

Relay uses cookies needed to run: your sign-in session and your language choice. Relay also uses Google Analytics to measure website traffic (pages viewed, source, device). You can clear these cookies at any time in your browser settings. No advertising cookies.

9. Children

The service is not intended for people under 18.

10. Changes

This policy may change with the service. The update date appears at the top of the page, and important changes will be shown in the app.
